Accesso Care was founded in 2023 by Jimmy Zhang, originally as Building Care, to address the challenges CNAs faced in providing compassionate care. In 2024, Jimmy’s life partner, Esther Castillo, joined the mission, bringing her expertise in workforce development.
Together, they transformed the organization into Accesso Care, empowering immigrant caregivers like themselves. Today, Accesso Care is driven by a shared belief: that quality care begins with supporting those who provide it, ensuring dignity and compassion for every community.Our Values
