Megan brings over 20 years of expertise in marketing, channel optimization, and data-driven decision-making in the healthcare industry. She has a proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational efficiency by leading cross-functional teams and optimizing product data management. At Accesso Care, Megan is responsible for overseeing financial operations and ensuring compliance across all processes. Her leadership and strategic vision play a vital role in supporting the organization's mission to build care one community at a time.
Jimmy Zhang
Founder
Jimmy Zhang founded Building Care, which later rebranded as Accesso Care, to fulfill his vision of compassionate, quality care for elderly residents in nursing homes—a need he recognized as especially critical following COVID-19. With over 15 years in the nursing home industry, Jimmy saw firsthand the gap in caregiving that prioritizes dignity and empathy. An immigrant himself, arriving in the U.S. at age seven, Jimmy established Accesso Care with a commitment to serve the well-being of both caregivers and those they support. Although he is no longer actively involved, his vision continues to shape Accesso Care’s mission and values.
